As our quality production manager, Adrian monitors tent growth and assists with scaling up our operations, harvesting fresh mushrooms, preparing orders, and maintaining product integrity for our customers.
Eyrn Apodaca | 🧫 Spawn Lab Technician
Eyrn joined us at NM Fungi in July '23. He is passionate about mycology and was our first intern, assisting with inoculation and grain transfer in 2021. Eyrn started his journey into mycology six years ago by teaching himself how to cultivate at-home. He supports us by leading lab production demands to maintain weekly production cycles.
