My new project is a software development tool for a 40-year-old (retro) 8-bit computer.
This is a Windows-based development program that can be used to design graphics for the ZX81. A kind of "paint" program.
Features
Freehand drawing (with the mouse, with the selected character)
Enter text (with the supported ZX81 character set)
BMP import (64*48 pixels and 2-24bit color)
Export it in hexadecimal format (normal and compressed), so it can be inserted into the assembler program as a database. Be it a demo or a game.
Exporting to JPG for the developed software documentation.
