The Race is on.

I’ve premiered an all new floor act the other week. Performing something completely out of our comfort zone is a miraculous thing, terrifying and nerve wrecking, but mostly joyful. I’ve toyed with the idea of using the soft weapon meteor hammer as a tool for a high speed floor act. Considered one of the harder martial arts soft weapons, it’s loads of fun, but a total bitch to control, with a high chance to get whacked in the face. While my act went really well, it was far from perfect. So much to work on. I’m proud to have gone from a vague idea, sketches and mood boards to a polished performance on stage that hopefully inspires and entertains audiences!
