This workshop is a dream come true, offering a safe and welcoming space for the cancer community in St. Paul, MN. Join me for a unique 5-hour session where we'll explore personal journeys through expressive writing, find emotional comfort, and nurture inner peace. This isn't just a workshop; it's an opportunity to unwind, truly make time for yourself, and connect with a supportive community that understands.
We'll also have a voluntary opportunity for five participants to share their stories in a recorded micro podcast interview, amplifying voices and inspiring others.
