I began working on the book in 2020, inspired by my adventures in the British wilderness and the stunning landscapes I photographed.

However, the pandemic brought the project and life to a standstill.

During this reflective time, I realised how deeply I longed for exploration in nature and the joy adventure gave me. That’s when I developed the term ‘Sacred Root’, capturing the essence of reconnecting with what truly makes me happy.

The book’s title, stories and photography took shape from this craving — a celebration of nature, happiness and connection.
