In today’s digital world, many of these challenges happen online, especially on social media.
As students, you’re still figuring out who you are and how to deal with life’s ups and downs. Unfortunately, scammers and cyberbullies know this, and they use it against you. They target your emotions like a hacker trying to break into a system.
That’s where Emotional Firewalls come in. They help you build a strong emotional invisible shield to protect you from online dangers. Think of them as shields that keep out the negativity, manipulation, and scams that can mess with your mind and mood.
Today’s Challenge:
I’ve created six reflection prompts just for you. These questions will help you understand how Emotional Firewalls can protect you from the hidden dangers of social media.
