🧬 Knowing your business: Your goals should align with what your customers care about. So, I'll show you how to define goals to focus your business and set the course for digital marketing that converts.
🏋🏽 Make your digital channels work harder for you: when you know how to approach your customer life cycle, you can set clear business objectives across it, take action, and reach more potential buyers in less time. I'll show you how to map your customer life cycle and identify gaps.
🪄 Marketing better with better words: I'm a copywriter too, so I'll walk you through real-world examples of copy, and explain how you can deliver persuasive content your audience wants to read, improving engagement and conversion.
🍭 Follow-up strategies: For dessert, we'll explore a few follow-up strategies that keep your brand top-of-mind and nurture strangers into loyal customers and loyal customers into fans who can't stop talking about you.
