MyChoreBoard is a simple, visual chore and routine app designed to help kids build responsibility without turning your home into a reward warehouse.

It was built by a parent who tried everything: whiteboards, sticker charts, star systems, and a long list of chore apps that either became distracting, overly gamified, or locked basic features behind paywalls. Most worked for a week or two, then quietly fell apart.

MyChoreBoard was created to solve a very specific problem: help kids understand what needs to be done today, stay consistent, and feel good about contributing without overwhelming them or their parents.

MyChoreBoard is free because basic family organization shouldn’t require a subscription.

Many chore apps lock essential features behind monthly fees, especially once you add multiple kids or want recurring tasks. That never sat right with me. Families already juggle enough expenses, and chores are a foundational life skill and not a premium feature.
