Some time ago, I was asked by a dear friend to create a long-playing "sleep affirmation" in my voice that he could play in the background when going to sleep, and after contemplating the wording that would be right for that situation, I finally came up with this video (below).

The affirmation itself is based on the work of Florence Scovel Shinn, a wonderfully gifted and insightful new-thought author who wrote in the first half of the 20th century. The books I specifically consulted for this project are "The Game of Life and How to Play It" and "Your Word is Your Wand." (By the way, I read "The Game of Life and How to Play It" in its entirety at the channel - you can listen to it here.)

"Infinite Spirit, open the way for the Divine Design of my life to manifest; let me see clearly the perfect plan. Let the Divine Idea now be expressed in my mind, body, and affairs, under Grace, in a Perfect Way."
