I'm approaching my 53rd birthday and, just in time for it, Elgato has put out a new Stream Deck. It's called the Stream Deck Neo.
I've wanted a Stream Deck ever since I decided to start streaming again. A device to easily control transitions at the tap of a button, to start and stop the stream without tabbing between screens? It sounds absolutely lovely. I was worried though, as the original Stream Deck I had put as my goal was pricy.
I've looked at the Neo on the website and, while not quite as robust as the Stream Deck I originally had as my goal, it's good. It has 8 buttons and the ability to tap between different layouts. So I could have one layout for streams and one for video recording. This gives me plenty of flexibility.
The best part is that this Neo costs significantly less than the Stream Deck! I'm always going on about buying games on sale and I'm no different when it comes to most things in life. So, seeing as this device is cheaper and can do what I need it to do, I've updated my goal.
So yeah, that's my birthday wish. But whether or not I get it, I'm still grateful for everyone who's watched my videos, subscribed to my channel and to my Buy Me a Coffee, and everything. You're all awesome and very much appreciated!
