Two years ago, on the 21st of May Zammad 6.0 was released. Together with it, my first YouTube video on That Helpdesk Guy. Since then 23 more videos followed. What a ride! There was so much to improve and learn on that journey! Don't worry, video #24 is already in the making. I heard it's all about performance... 🤓
