This #MRasheedCartoons image was inspired by the anti-Black American traits displayed in the record of "pop culture legend" and champion of women's rights Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. I wouldn’t say anything if she was ONLY a champion for gender and LGBT issues, but unfortunately, she frequently voted against the interests of the American Descendants of Slavery in order to give her preferred groups their come ups. Justice Ginsburg interpreted the 1964 Civil rights Act broadly when it benefitted her groups, but interpreted the Act as narrowly as possible to deliberately snub ADOS. This was unacceptable. So why are Black Americans celebrating her as if she was our champion when she so clearly was not?
