As he made his point, he began with the "I so wish the fables we were told in school were true" part, and as I meditated on that part I recognized that the people who really were trying to force the bs fairy tales of white American down my throat were the very ones rabidly against #1619Project and anti-racism literature being taught in schools.
Hell no I don't wish that the fairy tales we were taught were true because that's the very wish of my enemy.
