Fixed an issue where proxy worker alerts were silently failing because of a missing argument in the alert URL builder. The workers were still detecting items but the alert step was crashing in the background, so the main monitor was always picking up the stock.
I also spent some time looking through restock timing across roughly 10k+ snapshots for one tracked item. The pattern was interesting. Stock shows up in short 4 to 5 minute windows (sold out in seconds then cached), selling out, then coming back again around 10 to 15 minutes later in small bursts.
I adjusted the alert cooldowns around that pattern so more of those restock windows should trigger properly instead of only catching the first one.
