I am a midwife, birth educator, holistic practitioner and kundalini yoga teacher. I am passionate about health in pregnancy, birth, postpartum and the lifelong experience of motherhood! I am the host of The Mother Podcast, bringing you information on holistic health for mothers of all ages, so that mothers can take charge of their own health and wellbeing and know where to find support when they need it. I also write articles on pregnancy, birth and the move to motherhood (found on my website) and teach yoga for pregnancy. I highly value birth education and offer all kinds of preparation for birth from hypnobirthing to preparing for caesarean section. I'm so glad you're here, and am looking forward to continue sharing my work, and what I am finding out along the way!
