Those that know me...know three things:
I could really use some help. (Turns out, you can't scale a business all alone!)
I am strongly against unpaid labor. (Yes, college credit is still unpaid labor)
I hate asking people for money. (Makes me very uncomfortable)
In an effort to solve all of this, I am using this platform to raise some money & directly compensate two new team members I'll be onboarding this fall. I am SO excited to bring new faces into the mix & continue growing More or Less. I am way overdue for extra support and transparently, have avoided hiring over not being able to afford people's time.
Economic times are pretty shitty right now but if you skip the latte tomorrow, $5 can make a hell of a difference. Every cent raised on this platform will go directly to those building More or Less.
I appreciate you all, and am endlessly grateful for the love, advice, and laughs shared over the years - can you believe it's gonna be 3 years since we started this whole thing?!
Take care of yourself, deep breaths, give yourself what you need more of.
