Having this book come together in such an amazing way isn’t just a milestone or achievement that I can celebrate alone. So many people have been, and still are, a part of my journey – from my family and friends, to all my viewers (readers and buyers of this book, too!). Without their support, none of this would be possible.

I really appreciate my family for being so supportive, especially for accepting my difficult decision to leave university after one semester in order to pursue this tumultuous line of work. Despite no one in my family having any kind of art background, their support and trust in me to handle my own career and path has been huge. I’m so proud to be able to repay that trust, and the completion and success of this book is a big part of it.

My friends and peers are the best I could ask for; I consider myself very lucky to know them. Often I’ve heard people question art as a career very openly, sometimes with good reason, as it is a more niche field and not one that guarantees a “straightforward” living. I myself have had moments early one where I had doubts that this path was financially viable, but my friends always seemed to have a bold confidence in me, and that really helped me push forward.

My audience has been there every step of the way on this journey, since the very first time I posted a drawing to now, reading this book, and hopefully for the future to come as well. Knowing that there are people out there who enjoy my work is still, to this day, something I hold very dear. In fact, those people are the ones that helped make this book a reality; their overwhelming support and kindness will truly leave a deep impression on me for a long time to come.

Lastly but absolutely not least, I have to thank the 3dtotal team so much, from the massive amounts of editing, putting together all the logistics and frameworks for the Kickstarter campaign, and making this project possible at all, to finally just being such amazing people to work with.

It’s almost difficult to put into words, but no matter whether it’s posting personal drawings, or working on projects that will present my ideas and concepts in a different format later on, being able to share my creations brings so much joy, and it is something I truly look forward to continuing in the future.
