I want to thank each and everyone of you who have, during the month of May, bought me a coffee. I was, thanks to you, able to raise $1782 USD for various Covid charities through this site. Together with sales of my pattern Rule of Life (both through my website and through wholesale) I managed to donate a total of $3750 USD.
I made donations through the covid.giveindia.org website, and below you can find a breakdown of the various amounts donated.
Help Patients Breathe: $2000 USD
Cash support to families of COVID deceased: $900 USD
Food for families struggling with hunger: $350 USD
Setting up COVID care centres: $350 USD
Sanitary napkins for women in need of them: $150 USD
Whereas I initially had hoped to be able to perhaps raise maybe $500 USD through this site, your support more than tripled that goal. So once more: thank you!
Crowdfunding for donations to COVID organisations in India is now over. Any subsequent coffees bought will be used to support my business and fund the research I do into antique samplers.
