Thanks so much for doing what you do. I thought it was brilliant of you to measure your nutrient intake and find the correlation with the inputs to phenotypic age. Based on the correlation you found between beta-carotene-containing foods and albumin, I increased my sweet potato intake and my albumin went up also. I made another dietary change or two that reduced my phenotypic age.

Have been loving your numbers-based content for years, thank you! By the way, you and Chris Mirabile may enjoy talking about PhenoAge results—he posted a -25-year age differential and I'd be curious to see you chat with him about what his underlying biomarkers were and if/how they've changed over time. Hopefully he's followed your approach of tracking over time to identify which lifestyle factors impact biomarkers the most. His results were posted here: https://slowmyage.com/latest-biological-age-results-grimage-epigenetic-clock-iollo-metabolomic-clock/
