When a member reached out asking where she could find the recipe card for my favorite dark chocolate Creami base I couldn't believe that I'd never made one! With only 266 calories and a whopping 45g of protein, this dark chocolate Creami base is my favorite ice cream treat.
While the instructions are designed for the Ninja Creami you can also freeze part of the mix in an ice cube tray and blend it with the remaining mix for an out-of-this-world dark chocolate milkshake. You can also use an ice cream maker but I wouldn't freeze it. As with all low-fat/low-sugar ice cream, the base will freeze solid.
As always, recipe cards are available in both 8.5x11 and 4x6 formats and are free for members. Non-members can purchase them for $2 each.
