I gained a lot of weight on this pregnancy, not as much as baby #3, but for sure more than baby #4, and it's gotta go!
I'm 42 now and WOW, I didn't expect that it would be so difficult to shed the pounds this time round. Essentially, doing the same things I did before, just doesn't get the same results.
So I've decided to turn to essential oils for assistance, to boost my tortoise-like metabolism, increase my energy and overall feel better.
This is my morning routine which seems to be making a difference...
Get around 500-600ml of water and mix with 1 drop of Grapefruit doTERRA essential oil.
Drink with (2) Smart & Sassy softgels.
Take a Limitless Woman Multivitamin (that's not doTERRA, but any multivitamin should be fine).
Make a LARGE cup of coffee and add a drop of Cinnamon doTERRA essential oil.
Journal about my feelings of gratitude.
Start the day!
I keep up with various essential oils in water throughout the day to get to my 2 litre minimum.
