Leadership has been replaced with follow-the-leader woke mentality. This is dangerous. So called leaders would rather push a political woke agenda, instead of focusing on the problem, finding solutions, for everyone. Corporate America has stopped acting like businesses and have become work with social agenda's that have nothing, zero, to do with business. This woke mentality has destroyed a government for the people, and in the corporate world it has destroyed banks and brands. We are watching it right before our eyes.
