Playing Tetris after a traumatic event will help prevent your mind and body from storing trauma, therefore reducing frequency and severity of PTSD symptoms upon recall. It is also beneficial for decreasing anxiety and increasing grey matter in the 🧠 to keep us cognitively healthy (memory, coordination, motor skills and development). *Use within hours of a traumatic event, daily for a week.
