About Mental Health Multiverse
intersecting pop culture, media, and mental health
INTRODUCING - Mental Health Multiverse: a podcast where we mindfully break down your pop culture favs and discuss them through the lens of self care, mental health, and personal development. How can you use fandom and media to feel more empowered in your everyday life?
Join Marisa (LB) and Heather (HB) as they dissect movies and tv shows to break stigmas, shed light on misinterpretations, and help you understand why you relate to the characters you love so deeply!
The first episode of Season One drops MARCH 2nd and is all about strong, empowering Disney heroines - so subscribe and mark your calendars!
Your Hosts:
Heather (HB): Heather is an inclusive fitness coach helping self-proclaimed nerds who feel like they don’t “fit in” in fitness create healthier habits by using pop culture and fandom to make fitness more accessible and fun.
Marisa (LB): Marisa is a trauma-informed perfectionism recovery coach helping people turn down the volume on the inner critic and turn up the volume on their compassionate inner voice to help them become the kind, understanding adult they needed growing up.
