Added drop style galleries which allow guests to upload items but not see other guests items. (Anonymous guests cannot see any uploads. Registered guests can only see their own uploads. Privileged users and gallery owners can see all uploads.)
Added the GALLERY_SHOW_PENDING_UPLOADS setting to show or hide pending items in a gallery before they have been reviewed. These items are only visible to the guest that uploaded the item if they have a registered account to trace the item back to.

Added a new hint message to the gallery selector page to make it more clear what action is needed when in input or dropdown mode.

Fixed a bug whereby if the uploaders name was too long the image popup would not resize properly.
Fixed a bug whereby the pagination was not displaying in the Presentation or Single gallery modes.
Fixed an issue whereby if multiple gallery filters were applied they would overwrite each other.
Fixed a bug whereby images uploaded by users with special characters in their name failed to display on site.
