BIZ OWNERS: One of your monthly SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) should be to: Track Your Analytics. ๐Ÿ“ˆ ๐Ÿ“Š ๐Ÿงฎ

*Where did my clients come from?

*How much did my email list grow?

*Profit/Loss

*Which website pages got the most visitors?

*How many new Facebook group members did I get?

*What was my close rate? (Ratio of consults to sales)

*What's my MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)?

Analytics are different for everyone. Which ones do you track?

BIG FAT TAKE AWAY: WHAT GETS MEASURED, GETS MANAGED. You won't know what's working and what's not unless you regularly REVIEW ("measure") your business numbers!

And if you don't know what's working and what's not...well, you may end up spending all your time, money and energy on the wrong things.
