*What was my close rate? (Ratio of consults to sales)
*What's my MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)?

Analytics are different for everyone. Which ones do you track?

BIG FAT TAKE AWAY: WHAT GETS MEASURED, GETS MANAGED. You won't know what's working and what's not unless you regularly REVIEW ("measure") your business numbers!

And if you don't know what's working and what's not...well, you may end up spending all your time, money and energy on the wrong things.

PS: An "analytic" I'm always careful to track is this one: "On a scale of 1 to 10, how joyful and playful did my business FEEL this month?" You deserve a life and business you love. โจ
