date-fns-tz 1.2.0

This release added the formatInTimeZone function which hides away the use of low level functions and simplifies adoption of the library.

It also includes a number of bug fixes:

• Fixed zonedTimeToUtc parsing of date strings that include time zone specifiers

• Fix format returning wrong time zone offset close to DST.

• Functions that return dates will return Invalid Date for bad date / time zone inputs, and format functions throw a RangeError
