I'm Mark Mumea—a guitarist, educator, and performer dedicated to the music of Early Electric Blues (1937–1953).

Through my website, YouTube channel, and performances, I explore how this music actually worked—the rhythm, the feel, the dynamics, and the way guitar supported harmonica and vocals in small rooms, on street corners, and in neighborhood clubs. It was never about spectacle. It was about serving the song.

Most of what I create is shared freely, including structured guitar lessons, performances, historical presentations, and educational resources built from years of listening, researching, and playing this music.
