My 5K challenge is complete! 5K runs for 5 consecutive days
In reality, I’ve run for six days since I also ran last Sunday. However, I only officially started the challenge on Monday so that doesn’t count in my thinking. My legs are aching, but the soreness is more bearable than I anticipated!
Here are some insights from this week:
• My route along the river and canal feels like a jogger’s highway.
• Running sparks incredible ideas; it’s crucial to jot them down.
• Cyclists should slow down and utilise their bells.
• Setting a challenge sharpens focus and wards off procrastination.
• Leeds, my city in the UK, boasts breathtaking spots that make you forget you’re in a bustling city.
• Beginning the day with a run is invigorating.
• I’ve realised I’d love to live beside a river or any substantial water body.
So, what’s next on the horizon for challenges to complete? Any thoughtful suggestions?
