If you are feeling anxious a great way to ease this, is to make the effort to spend more time in nature.

You weren't meant to spend hours and days cooped up inside your home, or the office or shop that you work in.

Our ancestors mainly lived outdoors. The women cooked on a campfire and washed clothes in the stream and the men went hunting in the forest. In the evening they sat around the campfire telling stories, singing and playing music. They only went indoors to sleep or shelter from the weather.

We are meant to spend more time outdoors.

So stand barefoot on a clear space of earth or grass and connect to the natural energy and ions of Mother Earth. You will feel the difference.
