Two goals reached, thank you!

Two goals, both done. Thank you.
First one: the Windows installer is signed. That came from your support, and from 4.11.9 on Windows shows the publisher instead of a "protected your PC" warning.

Second one: Apple's developer program. That pays for a year of the membership, which is what lets Xenon be signed and notarized on macOS, so Mac users stop getting the "cannot be opened" message.
I'm setting it up and the release notes will say when it is live. Xenon is made by one person in their spare time, and it stays free. Thank you for backing it.
