Lately, I have seen so many PNGtuber and GIFtuber, and curious how to make it.
So I used a certain someone, I followed their(?) work as a model

I studied how to sort key-frames (some guide from my friend, long time ago)
and learn from back-door teacher ; Gensh•n Imp•ct's SD animation in Special Program.
This is the chart , for memorizing what I did. I kinda forgot so easily. -/sadge
and after following some guide how to make it via Photoshop ; it's somehow success!
Animation - Idle state : can blink for every 2 secs
Animation - Active state : will talk non-stop -/lol
