There is a state of being that restores energy and vitality through movement. The Daoist call it wu wei, "effortless" movement; movement as rest.
It is the alignment with the natural flow of life. Time disappears, tasks are efficient and spontaneous. Once we enter this state, the body feels aligned and relaxed. Moved by the intrinsic intelligence of the body, the mind doesn't command, elevating moods, and increasing energy.
This is part of the flow of involuntary movement, the unified field supporting the individual, allowing life to unfold naturally and without resistance.
The self steps aside. It is the person without the recognisable I, and the body regenerates through doing chores, work or simply going on about the day, which curiously enough makes it even more effective, and things get done.
Eventually the body tires, allowing a more regenerative and deep sleep.
I'm starting a series of workshops and support groups: a close and dynamic examination of the thoughts, beliefs and habits that keep people trapped in endless loops, how it affects the body, how the body unconsciously feeds the cycle, and how to break free from them.
Looking within, is listening to the language the body speaks, and the different states of being we all experience. Thoughts, beliefs and habits come from these states of being, which are already written in your body. The answer is in your biology.
May begins with two workshops for the price of one, as well as bonuses for first subscribers: free soul readings, one-on-one private sessions and Akashic records.
