Raising a teenager will have you questioning everything… your patience, your sanity, and sometimes your own parenting 😅
But here’s the little reminder I had to give myself…

The attitude. The eye rolls. The “I know everything” energy, yeah, that was you too. It was ME. eeek. And sometimes what we see as disrespect is really just emotions they don’t know how to say out loud yet.
So instead of reacting, I’ve been learning to pause… reflect… and lead with understanding (with a little firmness, because let’s be clear, I’m still the mama 👀).
Because this phase? It’s not about perfection.
It’s about connection.
