Tonight's ASMR Reiki Sleep Journey invites you into a sanctuary of deep sapphire light... a gentle energy healing experience designed to call upon the protective presence of Archangel Michael as you drift into sleep. Through whispered storytelling, soothing Reiki energy, and guided visualization, this meditation gently severs the energetic cords that no longer serve you, while sealing your aura in a shield of protective light.
As you relax, warm waves of Reiki energy move softly through your energetic field... releasing cords of worry, guilt, and borrowed tension that have quietly been draining you. With each gentle pass of healing energy, Archangel Michael's presence draws close, cutting away what isn't yours to carry and sealing your field in steady, protective light. As you drift deeper into peaceful sleep, the mind becomes quiet, the nervous system settles, and your energy rests fully held, fully safe, and fully your own.
