Implementing Automation is easier than it sounds

Jun 02, 2021

What do you think about when you think of automating any task?

Long scripts of python code? Full-proof coding knowledge? Complicated applications?

Well, no more. With the onset of no-code tools and rise of individual creators (such as myself, hehe) you can now automate simplest of tasks, in a matter of minutes - and right from your Chrome browser.

Think of it as drawing a "If this- Then that" type of flowchart - simply draw out the sequence in which you would like automation to work, and it'll execute the flow in that manner.

Here are some of the best no-code tools that I use on a regular basis:

  • Zapier: Hands-down the best no-code automation tool with lowest learning curve. Simply log onto the best and use the pre-made templates and get started!

  • Stripo: Designing HTML mails has never been easier, use the Stripo website to design highly visual HTML mails as simply as playing Tetris, seriously! A must-look if you've not already checked it out.

  • Google Appscripts: If you are a fan of the Google eco-system and use tools such as Sheets and Forms and Docs on a daily basis, Google Appscripts can make your life MUCH EASIER! With a little bit of coding knowledge (and Youtube tutorials :P) you can become an Appscripts expert and automate pretty much anything!

Some more complex tools exist such as UIPath and BluePrism, but for the common business-owner/ content-creator, the above 3 tools are all you need to start your Automation journey.

If you ever need a helping hand, feel free to ping me!
