Hearing someone explain a concept out loud, with tone and pacing, often makes it click faster than reading the same thing. Good creators in this space explain the mechanism clearly, and watching someone walk through a breathing technique can genuinely help you learn the physical motion of it.

Videos are individual pieces, not a sequence. You watch one on breathing, the algorithm serves you another on communication next week, a third on general confidence the week after, from three different creators with three different frameworks that don't necessarily agree with each other.
