📍 PART 6 — Calling Out the Silence
As we approach the 34-year mark, one glaring question remains:
Why was the public never told that THREE men — not one — were seen with Mark on the day he disappeared?
Three different eyewitnesses stepped forward.
Three different composite drawings were made.
Three different scenes.
One little boy who should have been protected.
These witnesses risked everything at the time. They got involved. They spoke up. They provided clear descriptions. Some even placed themselves “out there,” knowing small-town backlash could follow.
Yet these drawings, these men, and these leads have been shoved into the shadows — as though the investigation can’t withstand the truth.

The public deserves honesty, and Mark deserves justice.
That’s why I am asking the public to take a long, careful look at the three composite drawings. These sketches were created in 1991, and the men depicted in them would likely be in their 60s today. Someone recognises these faces — even muted by time, even hidden by silence.
These individuals may have lived in or around Linwood, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, during that period. If that sparks a memory — a neighbour, a coworker, someone you once saw around town — please come forward.
To solve this case, we must identify the three men seen with Mark, as well as the little girl he was last seen playing with. These were real people. They existed. Someone, somewhere, knows exactly who they were.
And I am asking — begging — for the public’s help.
I am preserving and documenting every single detail to prove this case can be solved. I just need your help.
If you know anything — no matter how small — please reach out.
