One of my favourite places to fish, Rutland Water is a man-made reservoir located in the county of Rutland, England. It was created in the 1970s to provide drinking water for the nearby towns and cities and to regulate water flow in the River Nene. Today, it is also a popular tourist destination and a haven for wildlife.
