About Natalie "NatNat" Bedard
NatNat, also known as Natalie Bedard, is an Emotional Healing Specialist & Nervous System Guide devoted to helping people come home to themselves—especially the ones who are always holding space for others.
As the founder of Lift OneSelf, host of the Lift OneSelf Podcast, and creator of the Emotional Sobriety Workshop, NatNat offers real, raw tools to move through grief, trauma, and life’s most tender moments. Her work bridges the emotional and the embodied—merging grounded somatic practice with soulful truth-telling.
Through her trauma-informed lens, she supports individuals navigating high-functioning burnout, heartbreak, illness, caregiving, codependency, and the quiet ache of feeling unseen. She doesn’t teach from theory—she lives this work.
If her voice, presence, or podcast has helped you feel even a little less alone…
This is a way to say thank you.
Every cup of coffee helps NatNat keep creating honest conversations, deep healing experiences, and accessible resources for anyone doing the real inner work.
