It is so important to me that mental health has as many free resources available as possible, and with YouTube being one of the largest platforms available starting this channel seemed like the obvious journey to undertake. I try to make my content accessible to both therapists and the public alike. I do hope my channel is of use as a resource for therapists and as a small lifeline for anyone that needs a little help and understanding.
