About Lewis Adams

Awareness for ME/CFS & Chronic Illnesses

I'm a 23 year old who loves football ⚽️ , snooker 🎱 , playing video games 🎮 , travelling the world 🌍, and seeing friends 🫂 and I can no longer do any of these things due to being mostly bed bound with ME/CFS 🥲.

I now spend my days putting together instagram posts to create more awareness for an illness which has completely taken over my life like it has to so many others 💙.

It’s been over a year of being mostly bed bound for me and every day arises new challenges to face such as showering, walking, and pain management. All things I never thought I’d have to struggle with at 23 years of age 😅.
