Hey loves! I'm back with another hack. Now the best thing about this low carb/keto journey for me is always finding a way to reinvent the food & drinks I consume. You don't have to be keto to eat low carb and small changes to your diet will help you go a long way.
When I first started my keto journey I always kept it as clean as possible. I did not consume processed "sugar-free" foods, because I thought it would stall my process. While that was true for some keto labeled foods, others I was able to consume and still lose the weight I wanted. (Ketosis Test strips were the best thing I could invest in because it allowed me to track how my body reacted to the food I ate.) Once I realized that the sugar-free foods were okay it opened a whole new door for me!
This is a different twist on coffee than I took before. I used premier protein previously as creamer, but baybeee this right here is so delicious! I wanna share this amazinggggg coffee hack!
Here's what you'll need:
Coffee
Heavy Cream
Torani SUGAR-FREE syrup
Pyure organic SUGAR-FREE Chocolate Syrup (optional)
Instructions:
Add Ice to glass
Pour Coffee
Add Heavy Cream ( a little goes a long way)
Add Torani Syrup (to taste)
Top with sugar-free whipped cream
Drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup!
