I can't go by without 4 espresso's a day! And it's not so much the caffeine, I love the taste!
But the other day I stumbled upon turkish coffe in my city so I had to try it out.
I won't lie, I hated it at first, it seemed washed down, compared to my espresso doses, also because of my temper and lack of patience, the 10 minutes it took to cool down enough so I could sip it, seemed like ages to me.
Yet, the more I drank of it, the more it's aroma came along, and during the last bits of it, it was perfectly balanced.
Here it is, being brewed.
