Reconstructed Tape - Sierra Chart

This is the "Reconstructed Tape" functionality that is missing from the Sierra Chart DOM, but found in Jigsaw Dom.

Includes:

- Momentum Trails (customizable timeouts)

- Combine increment in ticks (for liquid markets like NQ)

- Delta blocks / Churn persistence levels

- Pull/Stack meter
