I don't even want to write about BA. It's such a horrible feeling as I had so many wonderful experiences but there is just such a fog over them all.
- went to a tarot night which was hilarious as a complete fraud
- went to the races where I met an Armanian author, he let me bet his money on a horse, it won (#11 my way)
- ice cream was so flipping good here

Joined a gym with Carolina, the hostess with the mostess. We went three times a week. We did weights and then stretching classes, where it was just gentle and mindful, something my body really needed. Here I realised again how much exercise has an effect on my mental health and motivates me. Then after befriending the only other hostel guest, Curtley, I found myself the absolute bestest gym bro. He took me along to his weights focused gym, a proper heavy weights gym, and put me through my paces. Gyms always create anxiety for me, but he managed to help me change my mindset, I have just as much right to be there as anybody else; I am not in the way. These gym sessions lifted the fog for a bit during those days, I felt excited to go and lift heavy stuff.

Another highlight of Buenos Aires was getting 3 new tattoos and being able to pay for them with Crypto, I am really living in the future.
Otherwise, not much else to report.
People were, as always, the highlight. Every exchange I had was kind, genuine and friendly.
The food was so good, a steak being cheaper than a croissant.
Thank you Carolina & Curtley, sois mucho más que conocidos; mucho más que amigos de un simple uso; mucho más que solo una conexión. Os tengo tanto amor y no sabéis lo que os agradezco 💗
I will try BA again in a warmer time of year, but it is not my happy place.
