Friends, we've made the first episode. We started with nobody and nothing. Now there are 40 subscribers, our first episode, and more!

Next, I can report that a couple of caviar companies have interacted with me and may potentially arrange some items for us to experience together at the review page. These companies include: OM, Sterling Caviar, and I had a nice interaction with California Caviar Company. I'm especially excited about this one. They have some unique attributes in the industry:
California Caviar Company (CCC), founded in 2007 by Deborah Keane (known as the "Caviar Queen"), stands out in the caviar industry through its strong emphasis on sustainability, ethical production, vertical integration, and innovation.
They hold the exclusive U.S. License for the No-Kill Harvesting (Köhler Process).
CCC is the only fully vertically integrated caviar company in the U.S., controlling the process from spawning and farming (at their cQ Ranch) to processing, packing, and direct-to-consumer sales. This eliminates middlemen, ensures full traceability (every jar links back to the specific fish and harvest date), and maintains strict quality control.
And, Woman-Owned Leadership and Broader Mission: Deborah Keane is noted as the first female owner/operator of a caviar company and the first female fish farm owner in California. The company has long focused on education, making caviar more accessible. I'm keeping my fingers crossed they stand with me at the opening here, and we become good friends.
Lastly, I completed section IV of my APWASI Tier III Caviar Certification Program. I have to say, it wasn't a cake walk. This section focused on caviar all over the world; how it's farmed in various countries, the amazing history, geography (my worst subject, but I tried), and a pulse-pounding 60-question quiz I had to take three times before achieving my gold standard, 100%. That's 33.3% of the entire course so when I say I'm taking this very seriously and not fooling around, you can believe it.
It's not easy to get things going. I must admit of the dozens of companies I've approached with this idea, just a select few have responded. In terms of building a following from scratch, from zero to a million, we stand at 40. (I have about 15,000 across platforms, but that's not what this is about.) This is about starting at ground zero and taking a journey together. About what it's like, how it's done, and about being an expert at something one is passionate about.
