What is prayer?
For me, prayer is a relationship with a conscious, multi-dimensional universe. We are part of this consciousness and yet we are separated - oneness and duality. I believe our heart, play and commitment to self mastery offer a gateway to oneness and our chattering mind, unconscious fears and attachment to be in control perpetuate the illusion of duality.
