Jasna LTX v0.12.1 Released!

• AMD support for LTX and many speed improvements

• new Basic model that is 1.3x faster

• performance improvements for Nvidia - around 1.25x faster (using Standard model)

• changes to licensing system -> you can now use your normal license on vast.ai etc
