1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the subscription offered on the Buy Me a Coffee platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), which grants access to digital STL files (hereinafter referred to as the "Files").
1.2. The subscription is intended for individuals who wish to 3D print models for personal use and sales, without the right to further digital distribution.
1.3. The owner of the subscription and the available Files is "Kotka_Stokrotka," hereinafter referred to as the "Author."
1.4. The Files are available via a link on Makerworld: https://makerworld.com/en/@kotka_stokrotka
2. Subscription Terms
2.1. Subscribers can purchase access under the following plans:
Monthly subscription – renews every 30 days,
Annual subscription – renews every 12 months.
2.2. Upon payment of the subscription, the Subscriber is granted the right to 3D print the models for sales, with a limit of 1,000 printed pieces of each design per month for the entire duration of the active subscription.
2.3. The subscription does not grant the right to share or further distribute the Files in digital form.
2.4. In the event of a violation of these rules, the Author reserves the right to revoke the Subscriber's access without a refund.
3. Author's Rights
3.1. All STL Files available under the subscription are protected by copyright law.
3.2. The Author may modify, update, or remove Files from the subscription offer.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. The Subscriber may cancel the subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
4.2. In case of technical issues or errors in the Files, the Author may provide updates or technical support.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. The Author reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, with Subscribers being notified of any changes.
5.2. Using the subscription implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5.3. In matters not regulated by these terms, the applicable laws of the Author's country of residence shall apply.
